Dockmasters Quincy and Caroline are fantastic! The coffee shop onsite is also wonderful. Here's a gem if you need to rent a car, Interstate 95 Toyota has rentals as cheap as the normal rental car agency's, and they offer free shuttle service to the marina. The regular agency's normally overbook and have no cars available.
